Helen Owolabi is a Nigerian-British-American actor, babysitter, dog-sitter, sometimes writer, and editor, born and raised in Los Angeles, CA, and currently living in New York. She’s a 2022 graduate of Atlantic Acting School’s Full-Time Conservatory program and a member of Root 22 Collective, a theater group formed by her Atlantic classmates. Helen recently had the amazing opportunity to play Meg March in the collective’s first production of Kate Hamill’s Little Women. Helen is also a 2015 NYU graduate, with a B.A. in journalism and sociology, and has written for Complex, Vox, Billboard and more. In another life, she would’ve loved to be a music journalist.
